We pride pride ourselves on our customer service so will do our best to make sure you are satisfied.
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have up to 7 days from receiving the item to inform us at support@pinkpawsdesign.co.uk including photos of the items. Any shipping costs relating to the return of a damaged product, up to a maximum of £5, will also be refunded for eligible returns.
We cannot accept returns on custom items unless there is a defect or a name error made on our behalf. Please check all spelling on custom orders as these details will be used to make your item.
